This YINGHUA extender sends HDMI video and USB keyboard and mouse signals up to 200 metres over a single Cat5e or Cat6 cable. It includes one transmitter and one receiver with UK power plugs. The hardware design is plug and play with no software required. It suits installers who need remote display and control for PCs, laptops or DVRs.

Replaces short HDMI and USB cables

Standard HDMI and USB cables cannot reach 200 metres without signal loss or repeaters. This extender bridges that distance using affordable network cabling. The jump is worth it when the source and operator positions are in separate rooms or cabinets and running long copper video cables is impractical. Buyers who need 4K resolution or HDMI 2.0 features cannot use this unit.

Limited to HDMI 1.3 and 1080p

The extender follows HDMI 1.3 and supports 480p, 720p and 1080p resolutions only. Audio is restricted to 32kHz, 44.1kHz and 48kHz sample rates.
