4K@60Hz with SPDIF and 3.5 mm audio extraction

Each output provides separate digital optical and analogue stereo audio paths with pass-through, 2.0 and 5.1 mode selection. This specification determines whether the switch meets your audio distribution requirements.

Questions about this item

Does the matrix switch generate noticeable heat or noise when running continuously?

The unit is a passive HDMI matrix with no internal fan, so it runs silently and produces only minimal warmth during all-day operation.

What cables and sources must I already have to use the three inputs and two outputs?

You need three HDMI source devices such as a PC, PS5 or Blu-ray player, two HDMI displays, and up to five HDMI cables plus optional Toslink or 3.5 mm audio cables for the extracted outputs.

Will the switch pass 4K@60Hz and HDCP 2.2 from an older console or PC to a newer display?

Yes, it supports 4K@60Hz and HDCP 2.2 on every port, so legacy sources that output those signals will work without downgrading the picture.
