YINGHUA Printhead Gear Set 2mm Aperture

The YINGHUA gear set is a replacement printhead component designed for compatible wide-format printers. It supplies the mechanical drive parts required to maintain precise media movement during output. Print shops and service technicians use it to restore feed accuracy on supported models. The pack contains the gears specified for the listed aperture size.

Fits GP-5890XIV and AB-58GK printers

Installation matches the pt486f assembly without modification to the carriage or frame. The 2mm aperture aligns with the existing motor shaft to transmit torque directly. Replacing worn gears frees the printhead from banding and misregistration caused by backlash. No additional drive components are included in the set.

Questions about this item

Will the 2 mm aperture gears in this set maintain alignment during continuous printing on the GP-5890XIV?

The 2 mm aperture gears are machined to fit the GP-5890XIV printhead and the AB-58GK assembly, keeping mesh engagement steady through long print runs.

Does the gear set run quietly and stay cool when the PT486F printhead operates all day?

Precision-cut teeth reduce vibration so the PT486F printhead runs quietly, and the metal gears dissipate heat efficiently during extended use.
