SAS RAID cable for PowerEdge servers

This YINGHUA cable connects H200 and H700 RAID controllers to SAS drives inside PowerEdge R310, R410 and R510 systems. It replaces part number CN-0X394K and carries the X394K designation. The link is built for server storage backplanes that use the SAS interface.

Build quality and daily use

The assembly uses server-grade connectors that lock into the controller and backplane without tools. Routing follows the standard drive-cage layout so the cable seats cleanly behind the front panel. It is not suited for builders who need a different controller pin-out or an external SAS port.

Questions about this item

What SAS interface does the X394K cable use and what speed does it support?

The cable carries a SAS link between the PERC H200 or H700 controller and the backplane; the controller determines the practical transfer rate.

Which drive backplanes and controllers does the CN-0X394K cable physically connect in a PowerEdge R310, R410 or R510?

It plugs into the internal SAS backplane on one end and the PERC H200 or H700 RAID card on the other, matching the factory routing for those chassis.
