Compatible earpads for 3M Comtac Series

These replacement earpads are designed specifically for 3M Comtac Series headphones. They provide a direct fit for users needing fresh cushions for communication headsets. The pair restores comfort during extended wear.

Silica gel material and dimensions

Each pad uses silica gel construction with memory foam characteristics for a soft, skin-friendly feel. The earpads measure approximately 108 by 84 by 20 millimetres, or 4.25 by 3.31 by 0.79 inches. This specific size determines compatibility with the target headset models.

Noise-blocking comfort for long sessions

The elastic sleeves conform around the ear to block out ambient noise while remaining comfortable for prolonged use. They suit operators who require secure, irritation-free cushions for shift-length wear. Buyers needing a different mounting style or larger diameter pads should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do the 108 mm diameter pads change the seal on my 3M Comtac headset?

The 108 mm diameter pads match the Comtac cup opening and the 20 mm thick silicone gel compresses to fill gaps around the ear, improving passive noise isolation without adding clamp pressure.

What mounting style do these Comtac earpads use and will they stay secure?

The pads stretch over the existing Comtac ear-cup rim with an elastic silicone lip that grips the plastic flange, so they stay in place during head movement and can be swapped in seconds.

Will the 84 mm inner opening and 20 mm depth fit my ears without pressing on the drivers?

The 84 mm by 20 mm cavity clears most adult ears and keeps the driver surface at the original distance, so sound signature and microphone boom position remain unchanged.
