CNC Carbide Compression Cutter

This tungsten-steel milling cutter is designed for CNC machinery and delivers precise compression cuts in wood, plywood, density board, solid wood and particleboard. The two-flute up-and-down spiral geometry reduces tear-out on both faces of the workpiece. It is intended for industrial cutting use only.

3.175 mm Shank Diameter

The cutter has a 3.175 mm shank that must match the collet or chuck of your CNC spindle or router. The flute length is 12 mm and the overall length is 38 mm, so verify those dimensions against your tool holder and clearance before purchasing.

Single-Piece Tooling for Compression Routing

The bit comes individually packaged and requires a compatible 3.175 mm collet and a CNC machine or router capable of holding that shank size. It eliminates the need for separate up-cut and down-cut bits when clean edges on both sides are required. Not suitable for users under 18 years of age.
