Questions about this item

How does the VR heatsink handle the voltage-regulator heat on an OptiPlex 7000 MT Tower?

The module mounts directly on the VR zone and uses its fin array to pull heat away from the power phases, keeping regulator temperatures in check under sustained loads.

What mounting standard does the 3YHRX module use inside the OptiPlex 7000 MT Tower?

It follows the Dell proprietary VR heatsink pattern for the 7000 MT chassis, so the screw holes and retention clips line up with the factory board layout.
