What the T9 earbuds deliver

The yobola T9 are true wireless in-ear headphones that weigh 40 grams and connect via Bluetooth 5.1. They provide 5 hours of playback per charge and a wireless range of 10 metres. Touch controls handle volume, calls and playback. The IPX5 rating protects against sweat and light rain.

Limits of the Bluetooth 5.1 link

Range drops to 10 metres in open space and less through walls. The single charge lasts 5 hours and the case needs 5 hours to recharge fully. Audio quality is capped by the codec support of Bluetooth 5.1. Sound isolation is passive only, not active noise cancellation.

Fit and everyday quirks

Ear tips must seal well or bass thins out and isolation falls off. Touch surfaces can trigger on cheek contact when adjusting the fit. The USB charging port has no cover so pocket lint can collect inside. Mono use is possible but stereo imaging is lost.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the T9 or the T2 Pro for longer total play time?

The T2 Pro provides 27 hours of total play time compared with 25 hours on the T9, so choose the T2 Pro if maximum battery life is the priority.

What does the 5‑hour single‑charge figure mean when I’m actually using the earbuds?

Each charge delivers up to 5 hours of continuous listening; the charging case then adds several extra cycles to reach the 25‑hour total.

The T9 uses Bluetooth 5.1 — what does that limit in practice?

Bluetooth 5.1 caps the stable wireless range at 10 metres and supports the standard audio profiles used for music and calls.
