Fixed-Weight Neoprene Pair

The YOTTOY 2 lb neoprene dumbbell pair consists of two fixed-weight units, each weighing two pounds for a combined four pounds. Cast-iron cores are encased in 3 mm green neoprene that resists sweat and provides a non-slip surface. The coating protects floors and remains gentle on skin during extended sessions. Designed for home workouts, the set is portable and ready to use out of the box.

Suited For Light Resistance

These dumbbells suit beginners, rehabilitation routines, yoga or Pilates classes, and anyone adding light resistance to body-weight movements. The low mass allows high-repetition work without joint strain. They are not intended for progressive overload programmes, heavy compound lifts, or users who need adjustable increments. Buyers seeking heavier loads or variable weight options should consider alternative equipment.

Capacity And Limits

Each two-pound unit comfortably handles warm-up sets, mobility drills, and endurance-focused circuits. The fixed weight means progression requires purchasing additional pairs rather than adding plates. The neoprene shell withstands regular indoor use but can degrade if stored in direct sunlight or extreme heat. Total capacity is capped at four pounds, so strength gains will eventually exceed what this pair can provide.

Questions about this item

What storage space do I need to keep the 2 lb neoprene dumbbell pair at home?

Each dumbbell is a compact fixed-weight unit, so a small shelf, corner rack or even a drawer provides enough room for the pair.

Can I mix these 2 lb neoprene dumbbells with my existing heavier iron plates during the same workout?

Yes, the neoprene coating protects floors and racks, so you can set them beside cast-iron plates without damaging either surface.

How do I verify the 3 mm neoprene coating is intact after unpacking?

Run your fingers over the entire surface; it should feel smooth, even and free of tears or exposed cast iron.
