Right-hand cabbage shredder

The YukaBa Knife000 is a stainless-steel cabbage shredder built for right-handed users who prepare large volumes of coleslaw, sauerkraut or vegetable fillings. Its double-blade design lets one person process a kilogram of cabbage in under five minutes without moving a heavy head of cabbage across a mandoline. The ergonomic silicone handle gives a secure grip and the hanging hole keeps the tool within reach in a busy kitchen. It arrives new with a protective factory coating that must be washed off before first use.

Dual blade throughput

Two parallel blades cut shreds in a single stroke, so a full kilogram of cabbage is ready in less than five minutes even for an inexperienced operator. The 29.5 cm overall length and 9 cm blade width suit whole cabbages and other firm vegetables such as carrots or beetroot. The tool is not suited to left-handed use and cannot be operated safely with the non-dominant hand. Very soft or wet produce may clog the blades and slow the workflow.

Hand-wash only care

Stainless-steel construction resists corrosion and holds a sharp edge through repeated batches. After use, rinse adhering residues under running water and dry immediately; do not use hot water, do not knock the blade to clear it, and never place the knife in a dishwasher. The silicone handle stays cool and grippy during extended prep sessions. A hanging hole allows compact storage on a hook rail.
