Adjustable Resistance Range

The YZXIN YZX-BLQ-FBA-01 is a twister arm trainer offering adjustable resistance from 40 to 100 pounds across three intensity settings. It targets the chest, arms, shoulders, back, core, wrists and forearms in a single device. The equipment is designed for all fitness levels and genders.

Sustained Training Behaviour

High-tensile steel springs are tested to 10000 repetitions for consistent resistance during extended sessions. The three-level system allows progressive overload without sudden load spikes. Thick anti-slip sponge handles reduce hand fatigue during prolonged use. The leather-covered spring design maintains stability throughout each movement.

Build Quality and Daily Use

A high-strength metal frame with wear-resistant leather covering supports a 100-pound load capacity. The detachable structure disassembles into compact components that fit into the included storage bag. Assembly takes roughly 30 seconds with no tools required. An anti-slip base keeps the trainer stable on various floor surfaces.
