It terminates non-pass-through RJ45, RJ12 and RJ11 connectors for Cat5, Cat5e and Cat6 cables. High carbon steel jaws and gold-plated contacts are built for repeated professional use. The 0.62 kg case measures 5.5 x 16.3 x 22.5 cm for easy on-site transport.

Suited For Installers Not For Pass-Through

Technicians who terminate standard 8P8C and 6P4C plugs on solid or stranded wire will find every necessary tool included. The kit also supports telephone line work with RJ11 and RJ12 compatibility. Buyers who need pass-through RJ45 crimping or Cat6a, Cat7 and Cat8 certification testing should look at a different kit because this model does not support those connector styles or higher-category performance verification.

Handles Standard Termination Tasks

The crimper cleanly seats pins on Cat5, Cat5e and Cat6 non-pass-through plugs for LAN and telephone drops. The 110 punch-down blade seats wires in patch panels and keystone jacks without a separate tool. Integrated cable tester verifies continuity and wiring sequence on finished runs. The kit does not crimp pass-through connectors, does not certify bandwidth above Cat6 and lacks a toner probe for tracing cables inside walls.
