The Zebra JR45 is a pair of female-to-female RJ45 couplers rated IP68 for dust and water resistance. They are built for installers and network technicians who need to join two Cat6 patch cables in outdoor enclosures, industrial cabinets or damp indoor spaces without compromising the link.

Shielded Housing and Sealing Hardware

Each coupler uses a nylon PA66 body that withstands temperatures from minus 20 °C to 110 °C, while silicone rings and clamping nuts seal cables from 7.5 mm to 17.5 mm in diameter. The metal-shielded interior maintains Cat6 performance up to 250 MHz, and the plug-and-play design requires no tools or configuration.

Extends Gigabit Links to 100 Metres

The coupler passes 1000 Mbps Ethernet over a combined cable run of up to 100 metres, letting you bridge short cables instead of pulling a single long run. It cannot add Power over Ethernet capability, nor does it amplify signals beyond the standard Cat6 distance limit, so very long spans still need a switch or repeater.
