In-Ear Monitor for Stage Use

The Zell Electronics KZ ZS10 Pro is an in-ear monitor designed for singers, guitarists and drummers who need accurate on-stage monitoring. It uses a hybrid configuration of four balanced armature drivers and one dynamic driver to cover the frequency range. The matte black finish gives it a low-profile look suitable for live performance.

Sustained Session Comfort and Signal Integrity

A separate PCB frequency crossover board splits the signal cleanly between the drivers, keeping the sound clear and smooth during long sets. The detachable 2-pin cable uses 0.75mm 6N OFC wire with a gold-plated 3.5mm jack, ensuring reliable signal transmission and easy replacement if the lead is damaged on stage. The 304 stainless steel shell resists wear from nightly use.

Four Balanced Armature Plus One Dynamic Driver

The 4BA + 1DD multi-driver array is the specification that determines whether this monitor fits your monitoring needs. Buyers who require a built-in microphone for communication should look elsewhere, as this model has no mic.

Questions about this item

How much power does the 4BA 1DD driver array draw from a phone all day?

Passive in-ear monitors draw virtually no current; the 0.75 m 6N OFC cable with gold-plated 3.5 mm jack feeds the 4 balanced-armature plus 1 dynamic driver directly from the source.

What source connector must I already have for the 3.5 mm plug to work?

A standard 3.5 mm headphone jack on your phone, DAP, laptop or audio interface is all that is required; no adapter or DAC is included.

Will the stainless-steel shells feel heavier than my old plastic IEMs during long sets?

The 304 stainless-steel faceplates add modest mass but the resin body keeps overall weight low; most users report comfortable all-day stage wear.
