Mold and Mildew Stain Remover

Zep ZUMILDEW32 is a ready-to-use spray that quickly dissolves mold and mildew stains using the power of bleach to whiten affected surfaces. It is formulated for fiberglass tubs, showers, tile and grout, plus urinals and unpainted plastic awnings. The product is not for use on metal, faucets, vinyl, formica or sensitive stone. Each carton contains twelve 32 oz bottles.

Upgrade from Manual Scrubbing

This spray replaces the need for heavy scrubbing and mixing concentrated cleaners when tackling mold and mildew discoloration on compatible bathroom and breakroom surfaces. The jump is worth it when stains are widespread across grout lines or fiberglass and a bleach-based formula is acceptable for the material. It is not for buyers who need a non-bleach alternative or a product safe for metal fixtures and sensitive stone countertops.

Bleach-Based Formula Constraints

The cleaner relies on sodium hypochlorite chemistry, so it must not contact metal, faucets, vinyl, formica or sensitive stone to avoid damage or discoloration. Use is limited to the listed compatible surfaces such as fiberglass, tile, grout and unpainted plastic awnings. Ventilation is required during application because the bleach component releases strong fumes. The product is not intended for porous natural stone or any surface the manufacturer excludes.

Questions about this item

What surfaces can the 32 oz spray be used on without damage?

It is safe on fiberglass tubs, showers, tile, grout, urinals and unpainted plastic awnings. Avoid metal, faucets, vinyl, formica and sensitive stone to prevent damage.

How should the ready-to-use formula be applied for best results?

Spray directly onto the stained area and allow the bleach-based solution to dissolve the mold and mildew. The step often missed is letting it dwell long enough to whiten before rinsing.

When will the 12-bottle carton need to be replenished for regular cleaning?

Each 32 oz bottle is single-use once empty; reorder a new 12-count carton when your supply runs low. The product was first listed in 2020 and has no concentrate dilution to extend volume.
