Professional Neutral Floor Cleaner Concentrate

This Zep Commercial concentrate is a professional-strength neutral floor cleaner designed for multi-surface use. It cleans and restores shine on marble, granite, vinyl, and stone floors. Each gallon yields up to 128 gallons of finished product. The formula is compatible with automatic floor scrubbers.

Suited for facility maintenance on hard floors

Ideal for cleaning crews managing stone, vinyl, or marble surfaces in commercial settings. The neutral pH protects delicate finishes while removing soil. Buyers needing a disinfectant or a product for carpet extraction should look elsewhere. This carton contains four one-gallon bottles.

Consistent dilution for extended cleaning

The concentrate maintains its cleaning efficacy when diluted at the specified ratio for large-area jobs. It performs reliably in automatic scrubber tanks during prolonged operation. No assembly is required before use. The liquid solution is manufactured in the United States.

Questions about this item

What type of bucket or automatic scrubber tank do I need to dilute this concentrate in?

Any clean mop bucket or automatic floor-scrubber solution tank works; the neutral formula is safe for standard equipment.

Will this cleaner dull the finish on older marble or vinyl floors I already have?

No, the neutral pH is designed to clean without stripping or dulling existing finishes on marble, granite, vinyl or stone.

How can I confirm the dilution is correct after mixing?

The solution should appear light blue and produce low foam; test on a small area — floor should dry streak-free with restored shine.
