ZhiYo 4 ft Floor Cord Cover

This ZhiYo floor cord cover runs 48 inches long and 1.22 inches wide with a 0.1 inch profile. It is made of flexible PVC with a self-adhesive backing for direct placement on floors or countertops. The inner channel measures 0.47 inches wide by 0.28 inches high to conceal a single cable. The rounded surface allows wheels to roll over it smoothly.

For Single-Cable Runs on Hard Floors

It suits users hiding one speaker wire, power cord or Ethernet cable across doorways, carpets or event venues. The cover can be cut to length with scissors and the adhesive tape secures it firmly. Buyers needing to route multiple cables or cables thicker than 0.28 inches should look at wider channel options instead.

Sustained Foot-Traffic Performance

The thick but soft PVC resists deformation under repeated rolling loads from chairs or carts. The half-split seal backing prevents the cover from lifting at the edges over time. No boiling water is required to flatten the coiled material; simply reroll it in the opposite direction and let it settle before installation.

Questions about this item

Do I need a clean, dry floor surface for the self-adhesive backing to stick properly?

Yes, the strong adhesive tape included with the cover requires a clean, dry floor for a secure bond.

Will my existing cable with a 7 mm diameter fit inside the 0.28 in high inner channel?

The inner channel height is 0.28 in (7 mm), so the cable diameter must be less than 0.28 in to fit properly.

How can I verify the cover is lying flat and the cable is fully concealed after installation?

Check that the PVC lies smoothly with no gaps, wheels roll over it easily, and the half-split seal remains closed along the full length.
