  • 100x215x73mm dimensions fit standard industrial applications
  • New condition guarantees full operational lifespan

NTN 2320 Self Aligning Ball Bearings

These NTN 2320 self aligning ball bearings suit mechanics and engineers who need to accommodate shaft misalignment in rotating equipment. The spherical outer race allows the inner assembly to tilt freely, reducing edge loading when housings flex or mounting surfaces are imperfect. They are supplied new and ready for installation.

Sustained load behaviour

Under continuous operation the self aligning design distributes contact stress across the full raceway width, limiting localised wear that occurs with rigid bearings when deflection persists. Heat generation remains stable because rolling elements track consistently without sudden load spikes caused by misalignment. The 100x215x73mm envelope provides substantial load carrying area for demanding industrial duties.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the NTN 2320 bearing generate during continuous operation?

The NTN 2320 self-aligning ball bearing is a passive mechanical component with no internal power source, so it produces no operational noise or heat of its own; any temperature rise or sound comes from the surrounding machinery and lubrication condition.

What shaft and housing dimensions are required to install the NTN 2320 bearing?

The NTN 2320 bearing has a 100 mm bore, 215 mm outside diameter and 73 mm width, so the shaft must be 100 mm and the housing bore 215 mm for a proper fit.
