ZIBOO NTN 6052 Radial Ball Bearing

The ZIBOO NTN 6052 is a single row radial ball bearing with an open type design. It suits maintenance engineers and technicians who need a replacement rolling element for rotating machinery. The component handles radial loads in electric motors, gearboxes and general industrial equipment. Its open construction allows easy lubrication access during scheduled servicing intervals.

260x400x65mm Bearing Upgrade Considerations

This bearing replaces worn or damaged units with identical 260mm inner diameter, 400mm outer diameter and 65mm width specifications. The jump is justified when the original shows excessive play, noise or heat during operation. Buyers who require sealed protection against contamination or integrated snap-ring retention should select a different variant not offered here.

Questions about this item

What shaft diameter does the 260 mm bore of the NTN 6052 bearing fit?

The 260 mm bore matches a 260 mm shaft; verify the shaft tolerance class before pressing the bearing into place.

How is the open-type NTN 6052 bearing installed, and what step is often missed?

Press the inner ring onto the 260 mm shaft and the outer ring into the 400 mm housing using a sleeve that contacts only the ring being driven; the step often missed is applying lubricant to the rolling elements immediately after seating because the open design has no seals to retain grease.
