4/10 HP 230V Submersible Sewage Pump
The Zoeller E264 is a manual submersible pump designed for residential and light-commercial sewage ejection. Its hermetically sealed, oil-filled motor with permanent split capacitor runs on 230V single-phase power and draws 4.70 amps. The cast-iron body and thermoplastic impeller handle solids up to 2 inches in diameter.
Flow rates at 10 and 15 feet of head
At 10 feet of head the pump delivers 60.0 gallons per minute, providing strong capacity for typical basement or below-grade installations. At 15 feet of head the flow drops to 23.0 gallons per minute, so systems with higher static lift will see significantly reduced throughput. The pump has no integrated switch, so automatic operation requires a separate control.
No switch included — manual operation only
Because the unit ships without a float or pressure switch and without any switch electrical connection, the installer must supply and wire a separate level control. This adds material cost and wiring time but allows the choice of tethered, vertical or electronic switches to match the basin geometry and alarm requirements.

Questions about this item
Will the 230 V, 4.70 A motor run on the same circuit as my existing 230 V sump pump?
Each pump draws 4.70 A at 230 V AC; check your breaker capacity before sharing a circuit.
How can I confirm the pump is moving the rated 60.0 gpm at 10 ft head after installation?
Time how long it takes to discharge a known volume at the 10 ft head point and compare the result to 60.0 gpm.
Does the box include a float switch or do I need to buy one separately?
No switch is included; a separate float or pressure switch must be purchased for automatic operation.
