Zoom H6studio 6-Track Recorder Bundle with Electro-Voice RE320 Microphone

Studio-grade recorder bundle

The Zoom H6studio is a six-track handheld recorder paired with an Electro-Voice RE320 dynamic microphone. It captures audio at 32-bit float resolution using four F-Series preamps and a 19.4 mm XY capsule. The kit includes the recorder, microphone and a stand clamp.

Upgrade from basic handhelds

This bundle replaces simpler recorders that lack 32-bit float headroom or dedicated gain knobs per channel. The jump is worth it when you need 132 dB of dynamic range without setting levels in advance. It also suits users who want a broadcast-style dynamic mic in the same package.

Sustained field reliability

Four AA batteries power extended sessions without mains access, while the 2-inch colour LCD stays readable during long takes. The recorder weighs 477 g and measures 3.27 x 8.70 x 2.15 inches, so it remains stable on a boom or in a bag. Dual A/D converters maintain the 132 dB range continuously, and the XY capsule handles up to 140 dB SPL without distortion.
