What the Zoom 10W pad does

This wireless charging pad delivers up to 10W of power to compatible smartphones and accessories. It works on contact, so there are no cables to plug in each time. The surface charges through most protective cases up to 6mm thick. An LED indicator confirms when power is flowing.

Suits Qi-ready phones; not for faster standards

Users with Qi-certified handsets that accept 10W input will get a convenient desktop or bedside charger. Buyers whose devices support proprietary wireless standards above 10W will not reach those higher speeds with this pad. It also cannot charge laptops or other high-draw electronics.

The 10W maximum output

The single figure that decides fit is the 10W peak charge rate. Check your phone’s specification sheet; if it requires more than 10W for its fastest wireless mode, this pad will still work but at a reduced pace.

Questions about this item

What surface space does the Zoom 10W charging pad need to sit flat?

The pad sits flat on any level desk or nightstand; no mounting hardware or cut-out is required.

How do I start charging and what is the common mistake?

Connect the pad to a USB power source, place the phone centred on the surface, and watch the LED confirm charging; the common mistake is leaving a case thicker than 6 mm on the device.

When should I replace the pad or its cable?

Replace the pad if the LED no longer lights or the phone stops charging on contact; replace the USB cable if the connector becomes loose or the wire frays.
