Product identity

This is a pack of fifty white literature mailers from Zoro Select. Each mailer measures twelve inches by three and a half inches by three inches inside and out, with a three-sixteenth inch wall thickness and B-flute corrugated cardboard construction. The ECT-32 rating supports a maximum load of sixty-five pounds.

Before ordering

Verify that the twelve-by-three-and-a-half-by-three-inch interior fits your documents or literature without folding. Confirm that the single-wall B-flute construction provides sufficient rigidity for your shipping method and that the sixty-five-pound load limit covers the weight of your contents. Check that the white exterior meets any branding or presentation requirements.

Who this suits

Suits offices, publishers and fulfilment operations that ship flat literature, catalogues or documents in consistent quantities. The fifty-count pack supports recurring mailings without frequent reordering. Not suited for buyers who need larger or deeper boxes, heavier-duty double-wall construction, coloured or printed mailers, or smaller pack sizes for occasional use.

Questions about this item

What comes in the 50-pack and is anything else needed to seal the mailers?

The pack contains 50 white literature mailers. Tape or another closure method must be purchased separately to seal them.

Should I choose a different size or flute for heavier catalogues?

This mailer uses B-flute corrugated cardboard rated at 32 ECT and a 65 lb maximum load. Select a larger or higher-ECT box if your contents exceed that limit.

What does the 32 ECT rating mean when the mailer is packed and stacked?

The 32 ECT rating indicates the edge-crush strength of the B-flute wall, so the mailer can support stacked loads up to its 65 lb capacity without collapsing.
