Anti-static poly bags for component storage

These pink low-density polyethylene bags measure 24 by 16 inches with a 4 mil thickness and come in a pack of 250. They are suited for technicians and assemblers who need static-safe packaging for circuit boards, connectors or other sensitive parts during handling and transport.

Flat open-end design with no closure

Each bag has a flat bottom and an open top without a sealing mechanism, so contents can be inserted and removed quickly on a workbench or production line. The anti-static LDPE material reduces charge build-up, while the pink tint helps identify ESD-protected stock at a glance.

Case pack of 250 units ready for high-volume use

The bulk quantity supports continuous packing operations without frequent reordering. Note that the product carries California Proposition 65 warnings for chemicals linked to cancer and reproductive harm, so appropriate handling procedures should be followed in regulated environments.

Questions about this item

Does the 4 mil LDPE material meet anti-static requirements for sensitive components?

The bags are made from 4 mil low-density polyethylene and are described as anti-static, suitable for packing items that need static protection.

Will a 24 by 16 inch bag fit on a standard packing bench without overhang?

Each bag measures 24 inches long by 16 inches wide, so it matches common bench widths and leaves minimal overhang on a 24-inch deep surface.

How do I seal the open end after filling the bag with parts?

The bags have no built-in closure; you must heat-seal, tape, tie or staple the open end once the contents are inside.
