Shipping Mailer for Light Items

The Zoro Select 36DY91 is a kraft bubble mailer designed for sending documents, small accessories or other light goods. Each envelope measures 6 1/4 by 9 inches usable space and comes in a pack of 250. The self-sealing closure speeds up packing in a busy mailroom.

Protection and Handling

A 3/16 inch bubble layer and 0.25 inch material thickness cushion contents against minor bumps during transit. The yellow kraft exterior resists tearing while keeping the package light for postage savings. No tear strip means the recipient opens it by cutting or pulling the sealed flap.

Pack Quantity Decides Value

The box contains 250 mailers, so the purchase suits operations that ship dozens of parcels each week. Buyers who only send a few items a month will find the quantity excessive and the storage space wasted.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the self-sealing closure on these 6 1/4×9 in mailers without tearing the strip?

Peel the protective liner from the adhesive flap, press the flap firmly onto the mailer body, and hold for a few seconds; the bond sets instantly so no tape or moisture is needed.

Will the 3/16 in bubble padding lose its cushioning after the first shipment?

The bubbles are designed for single-use shipping; they retain their shape during transit but should be replaced with a fresh mailer for each new parcel to guarantee protection.

At what weight does the 0.25 in kraft material start to tear under sustained handling?

The #0 size mailer is rated for typical documents and small items up to a few pounds; heavier or sharp-edged contents increase the risk of seam failure during prolonged sorting.
