0 to 100 psi Commercial Pressure Gauge
This Zoro Select gauge measures water pressure from 0 to 100 psi on a 1 1/2 inch dial. It threads directly onto pressure-washer fittings using a 1/8 inch male NPT connection. The ABS plastic case and acrylic lens resist corrosion in outdoor environments. It is built for commercial pressure-washer maintenance and monitoring.
No bundled accessories change the installation
The gauge ships alone without hoses, adapters or thread sealant. Installers must supply their own PTFE tape or pipe compound to seal the NPT threads. No calibration certificate or mounting hardware is included in the package. The acrylic lens cannot be replaced separately if scratched.
1/8 inch NPT bottom connection limits mounting
The fixed bottom port requires straight-line access behind the panel or wand. Panels thicker than the thread length will not seal properly without an extender. The gauge carries a Proposition 65 warning for chemicals known to California to cause cancer and reproductive harm. It has no IP or NEMA rating, so direct spray or immersion should be avoided.

Questions about this item
How often should the gauge be checked for accuracy?
The gauge has a published accuracy of ±3-2-3 percent; periodic comparison with a calibrated reference is the standard way to verify it remains within that range.
Will the ABS plastic case handle continuous vibration?
The specifications list vibration resistance as none, so sustained mechanical vibration can cause the needle to oscillate or the case to fatigue faster than a liquid-filled or vibration-rated model.
Does the acrylic lens haze or the case soften if the gauge runs hot all day?
The gauge is rated for a maximum of 100 psi and has no IP or NEMA rating; acrylic lenses and ABS cases can cloud or deform if ambient temperature stays high for long periods.
