Pack of 125 Light-Duty Edge Protectors

These white paperboard protectors are rated for light-duty use and come in a bulk pack of 125 pieces. They suit shippers who need to shield carton edges from strap tension or minor impacts during transit. The fibreboard construction keeps the pack lightweight for easy handling in a mailroom.

Check Length and Thickness Before Ordering

Each strip measures 36 in long, 2 in deep, 2 in wide and 0.12 in thick. Verify that these dimensions match the carton edges you intend to reinforce and that the light-duty rating meets your load requirements. No adhesive or fasteners are included, so plan how you will secure the protectors in place.

Flat Fibreboard Strips for Simple Daily Use

The white paperboard arrives flat and ready to fold over box corners without tools. Light weight means a single operator can carry the full pack of 125 to the packing station. Smooth surfaces prevent marking on cartons and allow tape or strapping to slide cleanly over the protector.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy anything else to use them?

The box contains 125 white paperboard edge protectors, each 36 inches long with 2-inch legs and 0.12-inch thickness; no additional items are required for basic edge protection.

Should I choose the light-duty version or a heavier grade for my shipment?

Choose the light-duty 56JM11 model when protecting lighter cartons from strap damage or minor impacts; heavier grades are only needed for dense or high-stack loads.

How well does the 0.12-inch thickness hold up once the strapping is tightened on a real pallet?

At 0.12 inches thick the protector distributes strap tension across the 2-inch leg width, preventing the strapping from cutting into the carton edges during transit.
