7" x 5" Poly Bags for Small Parts

These clear low-density polyethylene bags measure seven inches by five inches and come on a roll of one thousand pieces. The 1.3 mm thickness provides a sturdy barrier for hardware, fasteners or other small components. They suit workshops, assembly lines or any operation that needs quick access to bagged items.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The bags are passive packaging material and generate no heat, sound or electrical load during use. Handling them adds no thermal or acoustic burden to a workstation. No power source is required for storage or dispensing.

Roll Format and FDA Compliance

Supplied on a continuous roll, the bags dispense cleanly without individual tear-off perforations. The flat open-end design allows rapid filling and heat sealing when a closure is needed. FDA-compliant material makes them suitable for direct contact with food-related items.

Questions about this item

How do I dispense these 7 in by 5 in bags from the roll without tearing the 3.7 mil LDPE?

Pull one bag straight off the roll, keeping tension even across the 5 in width; the 3.7 mil LDPE resists ripping when you avoid snagging the open end on the core edge.

What replacement supply will I need after the PK 1000 runs out?

Order another roll of 1000 clear 7 in by 5 in open-end LDPE bags at 3.7 mil thickness to match the same FDA-compliant specification.

At what point does the 3.7 mil film start to stretch or split under sustained heavy loading?

The 3.7 mil LDPE begins to yield when contents exceed roughly 5 lb; beyond that the flat bottom can deform and the open end may tear.
