Clear Vacuum Bags for Chamber Sealers

Heat Resistance and Seal Performance

Each bag is 3 mil thick and rated for a maximum cooking temperature of 176 degrees Fahrenheit. The flat bag configuration allows efficient stacking during the vacuum cycle. Triple-seal closure ensures a reliable barrier against air and moisture during storage or sous vide cooking.

The package contains 500 clear pouches suited for commercial kitchens or heavy home use. California Proposition 65 warnings apply for cancer and reproductive harm. Buyers needing smaller quantities or external suction sealer compatibility should consider other options.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the 30 in by 10 in poly-nylon bags with a triple seal using an in-chamber vacuum sealer?

Place the open end of the 3 mil bag inside the chamber, close the lid, and run the vacuum and seal cycle; the machine creates the triple seal automatically.

When should I replace the 500-count pack of 3 mil clear vacuum pouches?

Replace a bag if the poly-nylon material shows punctures, the triple seal fails to hold vacuum, or after any sous-vide cook at 176 Degrees F that stresses the film.

What is the highest cooking temperature the 3 mil poly-nylon bags can withstand during prolonged sous-vide use?

The bags are rated for a maximum cooking temperature of 176 Degrees F; sustained heat above that limit will cause the material to break down first.
