Zoro Select Open Poly Bags 1000 Pack

These clear low-density polyethylene bags measure 16 inches by 4 inches with a 2 mil thickness. They arrive in a case pack of 1000 units for high-volume shipping and mailing operations. The open-top design allows quick packing without sealing equipment. FDA-compliant material makes them suitable for direct food contact applications.

Open Top Closure Practical Limits

The open-ended style requires separate heat sealing, twist ties or tape to close each bag after filling. No hang hole is included, so the bags cannot be displayed on peg hooks without additional hardware. Flat bottom construction limits expansion for bulky or irregularly shaped contents. Users must supply their own closure method for every package.

1000 Bag Capacity and Headroom

A single case delivers 1000 bags, supporting extended fulfilment runs without frequent reordering. The 2 mil film handles lightweight to medium items such as clothing, documents or small parts. Heavier or sharp-edged products may puncture the material and exceed its tear resistance. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to chemical content in the film.
