Everyday packing for high-volume shippers

These clear poly bags measure 12 in by 10 in and come in a 1000-count case pack. The open-top design and flat bottom let you load items quickly without extra sealing equipment. Low-density polyethylene construction meets FDA compliance for direct food contact where needed.

Thin film keeps weight and waste low

At 4 mil thickness the bags add minimal mass to each parcel, helping control shipping costs on large runs. The material is flexible enough to conform around irregular shapes yet resists tearing during normal handling. No special storage conditions are required beyond a dry indoor environment.

Simple open-top format suits fast workflows

Each bag lacks a hang hole or built-in closure, so you seal them with tape, heat or twist ties as your process demands. The case quantity of 1000 supports continuous packing lines without frequent changeovers. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to this product.

Questions about this item

How do I pack items into the 12" x 10" open poly bags without damaging the 4 mil LDPE material?

Slide contents straight into the 12 inch by 10 inch opening; avoid forcing sharp corners through the 4 mil low-density polyethylene to prevent tears.

When should I replace a bag that has been used for storage or shipping?

Replace any bag showing punctures, stretched seams or clouding of the clear LDPE, as the 4 mil thickness cannot be repaired once compromised.

What is the first limitation I will hit when sealing hundreds of these bags continuously?

The 4 mil LDPE softens under prolonged heat-sealer contact, so allow the jaws to cool between cycles to maintain consistent 12 inch seals.
