Industrial Packaging Solution

Zoro Select 5DRW8 open poly bags suit warehouses, fulfilment centres and small businesses that need high-volume, lightweight packaging for non-fragile goods. The 1000-count case pack supports continuous packing lines without frequent reordering.

FDA-Compliant Material

Linear low-density polyethylene construction at 0.75 mil thickness meets FDA requirements for direct food contact. The gusseted bottom expands to hold bulkier items while the open top allows rapid filling and heat-sealing along the full 12-inch length.

Hang-Hole-Free Design

Clear LLDPE film provides product visibility without integrated hang holes, so bags lie flat on conveyors or stack neatly on shelves. The absence of hang features reduces snagging on automated equipment and simplifies disposal or recycling workflows.

Questions about this item

How often will I need to restock the 1000-count case of 12" x 6" poly bags?

Restocking frequency depends on your daily shipping volume; a 1000-bag case lasts one thousand shipments before you need another case.

What thickness limit affects how much weight the .75 mil LLDPE bags can hold during sustained packing?

The 0.75 mil Linear Low Density Polyethylene construction sets the puncture and tear resistance ceiling for continuous heavy-item packing.

Do the clear FDA-compliant bags generate noticeable heat or odor when sealed all day in a busy mailroom?

The bags are passive packaging with no power draw; they produce no heat or odor during sealing or all-day storage.
