Shipping supplies for small parts

The Zoro Select 9PVF3 is a clear polypropylene bag with a zip-seal closure. It measures six inches by six inches and has a two-mil thickness. A white write-on block and a hang hole are built in. The pack contains one thousand bags shipped flat.

Thermals noise and power

These bags require no power and produce no noise or heat during use. They are passive packaging items designed for storage and shipping environments. Performance depends on proper sealing by the user.

Build quality and daily use

The flat-bottom design lets the bag stand upright while filling. FDA-compliant material suits food-contact applications. The zip seal reopens repeatedly without tools. The hang hole supports pegboard display or tied bundles.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the 2 mil zip seal on the 6 in by 6 in bag without trapping air?

Press the zip tracks together from one end to the other while gently flattening the bag so air escapes before the seal closes completely.

Will the polypropylene material or zip seal degrade if I reuse these bags repeatedly?

The 2 mil polypropylene is designed for multiple open and close cycles; replace a bag when the zip tracks no longer align or the film shows stress whitening.

At what point does the 2 mil thickness become the limiting factor under sustained load?

The 2 mil film will stretch or tear before the zip seal fails if the bag is overfilled or subjected to sharp edges during extended storage.
