Zoro Select Foam Cord 25 ft Length

This Zoro Select foam cord is a closed-cell Buna-N rubber profile supplied in a 25 ft roll with a 9/64 in diameter. It suits engineers and maintenance teams who need a flexible, oil-resistant seal or cushion for industrial equipment and general shop use.

Fits Gaskets Seals And Cushion Roles

The cord installs directly into grooves or between mating surfaces without adhesive, letting you cut custom lengths for gaskets, vibration pads or pipe insulation. Its smooth texture and round shape simplify insertion while the material fills irregular gaps to free assembly time on site.

Closed Cell Buna-N Handles Sustained Heat

Under continuous load the cord operates from -40 to 200 degrees F, maintaining a firmness of 9 to 13 psi at 25 percent deflection with a compression set of 22 percent. Tensile strength reaches 160 psi and density is 17 lb per cu ft, so the profile resists permanent deformation during long service cycles.
