Zoro Select M1086 10x8x6 in Literature Mailer White 50

Dimensions and capacity

The Zoro Select M1086 literature mailer provides inside dimensions of 10 x 8 x 6 inches for documents or flat items. Each carton contains 50 white mailers made from 100 percent post-consumer recyclable corrugate. The single-wall B-flute construction meets ASTM-D-5201 standards with a 200# board test. This size suits catalogues, reports or bound materials that need rigid protection.

Upgrade from lighter mailers

The reinforced 1/8-inch wall thickness replaces standard single-wall mailers when contents risk bending or edge damage in transit. The 200# test rating supports heavier stacks without crushing, so the jump is worthwhile for high-value literature or repeated handling. Buyers shipping only lightweight flyers in low volumes may not need the extra rigidity.

Ideal for bulk shippers, not for small parcels

Office mailrooms and fulfilment operations sending 50 or more items per order gain consistent sizing and stack strength. The fixed 10 x 8 x 6 inch interior does not accommodate thicker books, odd-shaped products or anything exceeding the height allowance. Shippers needing variable depths or padded cushioning should consider adjustable or bubble-lined alternatives.
