Copper M14 Sealing Washer 50 Pack

These copper sealing washers suit M14 bolts with a 14 mm inside diameter and 18 mm outside diameter. They are supplied in a 50-piece pack for workshop or maintenance use. The plain finish and annealed heat treatment keep the material soft for reliable sealing.

Annealed copper with tight thickness control

Each washer measures 1.5 mm thick with a ±0.2 mm tolerance, so the stack height stays consistent across the pack. The copper material conforms to flange surfaces and resists corrosion in fluid systems. No additional coatings or sealants are required for installation.

Metric M14 fastening with 50-piece coverage

The pack covers multiple joints on a single vehicle or across several service jobs. It will not suit bolt sizes other than M14 or applications needing a larger outside diameter. Builders needing different dimensions or larger quantities must source separate packs.

Questions about this item

Do the copper sealing washers need periodic replacement or maintenance after installation?

Copper washers are single-use items; once compressed to seal an M14 joint they should be replaced at next disassembly rather than reused.

What is the first limiting factor when these washers are used continuously under load?

The 1.5 mm thickness with ±0.2 mm tolerance determines the maximum seal compression before the copper yields.

How much heat or noise do the washers generate during all-day operation?

The annealed copper washers produce no noise and negligible heat; they simply conform to the 14 mm ID and 18 mm OD surfaces.
