Zoro Select Copper Sealing Washer M22

This pack contains 25 annealed copper washers sized for M22 fasteners. They suit mechanics, plumbers and maintenance teams who need reliable sealing on hydraulic or fuel-system joints. Each washer has a 22 mm inner diameter and a 29 mm outer diameter with a uniform 2 mm thickness.

Installing the washers is straightforward

Slip the washer over the bolt or stud before tightening the fitting; the soft copper conforms to flange faces without special tools. Problems arise if the mating surfaces are pitted or if the joint is over-torqued, which can split the washer and cause a leak.

The 25-piece quantity covers multiple service calls

The annealed copper handles typical automotive and industrial fluid pressures but is not intended for extreme high-pressure or critical safety systems where a metal-to-metal seal or a different gasket material is specified.
