Copper M30 Sealing Washer

These copper sealing washers fit M30 bolts with a 30 mm inner diameter and 36 mm outer diameter. Each washer is 2 mm thick with a ±0.2 mm tolerance and an annealed finish for reliable compression. The pack contains ten pieces for multiple joint assemblies. They suit maintenance, repair and fabrication tasks where a soft metal seal is required.

Metric Copper Sealing Limits

Copper deforms under load to seal flange faces but cannot withstand extreme pressure or high-temperature cycling like steel-reinforced gaskets. The plain finish offers no corrosion barrier beyond the base metal, so exposure to aggressive chemicals or salt spray will degrade the seal over time. Re-use is not recommended because the material work-hardens after initial compression, reducing its ability to re-seal. The 2 mm thickness provides a fixed compression range with no adjustment.

Ten-Pack Capacity and Headroom

Ten washers cover a typical M30 flange pattern or provide spares for field service kits. The annealed copper handles standard hydraulic and pneumatic pressures in pipework, valve bodies and pump housings. It runs out when joint movement exceeds the material’s elastic recovery or when temperatures approach copper’s annealing point, causing permanent softening. For larger bolt sizes or higher bolt loads a different diameter or thicker washer is required.
