Compact Literature Mailer 7x4x4

The Zoro Select M744 is a white corrugated cardboard mailer with inside dimensions of 7 by 4 by 4 inches. Each box uses single-wall B-flute construction rated at ECT-32 and supports a maximum load of 65 lb. The pack contains 50 flat mailers made from 100 percent post-consumer recyclable material.

Suitable for documents not for bulky goods

These mailers suit offices shipping catalogues, reports or literature that fit the 7x4x4 inch cavity. They are not intended for buyers who need larger boxes, heavier-duty double-wall cartons or custom printed branding on the exterior.

ECT-32 single-wall strength decides fit

The ECT-32 single-wall rating is the specification that determines whether the mailer protects your contents during transit. Verify that 65 lb capacity matches the weight of your typical shipment before ordering the 50-count pack.

Questions about this item

Will the corrugated cardboard degrade if I store the mailers in a humid warehouse?

The single-wall B-flute construction uses 100 percent post-consumer recyclable cardboard; prolonged moisture exposure can weaken the flutes and reduce the 65 lb load rating, so keep the flat pack dry until assembly.

At what weight does the ECT-32-B rating stop protecting the contents during a long transit?

The edge-crush test rating of 32 supports a maximum load of 65 lb; exceeding that limit risks box failure under sustained stacking pressure.

How much heat builds up inside a sealed 7x4x4 mailer left in a delivery truck all day?

Corrugated cardboard provides modest insulation; internal temperature will track ambient conditions, so avoid shipping heat-sensitive items without additional thermal lining.
