White corrugated literature mailers with reinforced single-wall B-flute construction hold 7 x 7 x 7 inch contents and ship flat in 50-count packs
The Zoro Select M777 is a white corrugated literature mailer with a 7x7x7 in internal cube. It ships flat and assembles into a rigid box for documents, photos, artwork or slim products. The 200# test board and B-flute construction resist crushing during transit. Packs of 50 suit offices, galleries and fulfilment desks.
Single-wall B-flute board 1/8 in thick meets ASTM-D-5156 performance standards. The 200# burst rating protects contents through normal carrier handling without adding bulk. Material is 100 percent post-consumer recyclable, so used mailers enter standard cardboard streams. White exterior provides a clean surface for labels or branding.
Mailers arrive flat and fold into shape without tape or glue, freeing shelf space until needed. Self-locking tabs hold the cube rigid once formed, so packing lines move quickly. The exact 7 in cube fits standard envelopes, certificates and 7x7 prints without void fill. Not suited for thick books, fragile items needing cushioning or parcels exceeding the internal dimensions.

Fold along the scored lines, tuck the side flaps into the locking slots, and press the dust flaps flat — the step most often missed is fully seating the dust flaps so the lid closes squarely.
The dust flaps and locking tabs wear first; once they no longer hold the lid shut, the mailer should be replaced.
The 200# board test rating indicates the maximum stacking strength; exceeding that load causes permanent crush deformation.
