Product identity

The Zoro Select M852 Literature Mailer is a white corrugated shipping box designed for documents, catalogues and slim merchandise. It arrives flat in a 50-count pack and assembles without tape for quick fulfilment workflows.

Sustained load behaviour

Single-wall B-flute construction rated at 200# board test resists crushing when cartons are stacked on pallets or conveyor lines. The 1/8-inch wall thickness maintains rigidity through repeated handling cycles in mailroom and distribution environments.

Upgrade context

This mailer replaces padded envelopes and non-reinforced boxes that tear at the corners during automated sorting. The jump is worth it when shipments require 100 percent post-consumer recyclability and compliance with ASTM-D-5161 standards.

What size documents or items fit inside the 8 x 5 x 2 inch interior?

Are the 100 percent post-consumer recyclable mailers accepted in regular curbside cardboard bins?

Yes, the corrugate material is fully post-consumer recyclable and can go straight into standard cardboard recycling streams.
