Product Purpose

This Zoro Select merchandise bag measures 16 inches wide, 4 inches deep and 24 inches high with a usable height of 20 inches. Made from 0.7 mil high-density polyethylene in white, each bag features a gusseted bottom and die-cut handles. The pack contains 500 flat-packed bags suited for retail or light commercial packaging needs.

Sustained Use Behaviour

The thin 0.7 mil HDPE construction is intended for single-use or short-term carrying rather than repeated heavy loading. Under continuous weight the material will stretch and can tear, so it is not suited for long-term storage or transport of dense items. The flat-pack format keeps bags compact until needed, but offers no reinforcement for prolonged stress.

Thermals Noise Power

As a passive polyethylene bag, the product generates no heat, noise or electrical draw during use. California Proposition 65 warnings indicate the material contains chemicals known to cause cancer and reproductive harm at levels requiring disclosure. The bags contain recycled content but are not FDA compliant for direct food contact.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the .7 mil HDPE bag produce when used all day?

The bag is a passive polyethylene sack with no motor, fan or electronics, so it generates no heat and makes no noise during continuous use.

What dispenser or holder must I already own for the 16 in x 4 in x 24 in gusseted bag to work?

The bag is flat-packed and not compatible with any bag dispenser; it can be used straight from the box without extra equipment.

Will the 500-count pack of 24 in high white merchandise bags fit the older wire rack I still use?

Each bag measures 16 in wide, 4 in deep and 24 in high with a 20 in usable height, so it will sit on any rack that accepts those dimensions.
