Pack of 50 White Literature Mailers

This pack contains fifty new Zoro Select MLR3 mailers made from single-wall corrugated cardboard. Each unit measures 7 1/8 by 5 by 3 inches inside and out with a 3/16-inch wall thickness. The B-flute construction provides an ECT-32 rating and a 65-pound maximum load capacity. The material is 100 percent post-consumer recyclable.

65-pound load limit

The ECT-32 B-flute board supports up to 65 pounds of contents, making it the key specification for deciding if the mailer suits your shipment. Heavier catalogues or bound documents may exceed this rating and risk damage in transit. Lighter literature such as brochures, magazines or sample sets falls well within the limit.

Shippers sending lightweight printed pieces

Mailrooms, publishers and direct-mail operations sending items under 65 pounds will find the consistent sizing and recyclable board practical. Buyers who need to ship heavier goods, require double-wall strength or want moisture-resistant packaging should look at alternative designs.

Questions about this item

How much weight can each mailer hold when it is loaded and sealed?

Each mailer is rated for a maximum load capacity of 65 lb, so it will support that weight when properly closed and handled.

What does the ECT-32-B rating tell me about the box strength?

ECT-32-B means the corrugated board meets a 32 lb edge-crush test with B-flute construction, giving it the rigidity needed for stacking and transit protection.

Will these 7 1/8 x 5 x 3 inch mailers fit on a standard shelf or in a mailing cabinet?

The outside dimensions match the inside at 7 1/8 x 5 x 3 inches with a 3/16 inch wall, so they occupy that exact footprint on any shelf or in a cabinet slot.
