Zoro Select 24 x 24 Inch Open Poly Bags

Zoro Select open poly bags measure 24 inches by 24 inches and are made from 4 mil low-density polyethylene. The clear, flat-bottomed bags feature an open top and meet FDA compliance standards. They are sold in a case pack of 250 units for high-volume shipping and mailing operations.

4 Mil Thickness Determines Load Capacity

The single specification that decides suitability is the 4 mil wall thickness. This gauge provides a specific level of puncture resistance and tensile strength for the contents. Thicker or thinner films would change the weight limit and durability profile for the intended application.

250-Bag Case Pack for Bulk Workflows

The 250-count case pack supplies enough bags for extended fulfilment runs without frequent reordering. It comfortably handles lightweight to medium items that fit within the 24-inch square dimensions. The supply runs out when order volume exceeds the case quantity or when items require a larger footprint or heavier-duty film.

Questions about this item

How much usable space does the 24 inch width give inside the bag?

The 24 inch width is the flat opening; usable space depends on how much the contents fill the bag depth.

Does the open top mean I need a heat sealer or can I close it by hand?

The bag has no built-in closure; you must heat-seal, tape, twist-tie or staple the top yourself.

Will a standard 24 inch shelf or dispenser hold the 250-count case?

The case contains 250 flat bags measuring 24 by 24 inches; shelf fit depends on case dimensions not given.
