Product Identity

These Zoro Select reclosable bags measure 4 inches by 4 inches with a 2 mil low-density polyethylene construction. The clear zip-seal design includes a white write-on block and a hang hole for organisation. Supplied in a flat pack of 1000 pieces, they suit shipping rooms, mailrooms and light industrial packing lines.

Installation and Common Issues

Opening the flat pack and separating individual bags is straightforward, but the thin 2 mil film can cling together in dry air. Users sometimes pull the zip tracks apart unevenly, which leaves a small gap that compromises the seal. Running a finger firmly along the full 4 inch seal length after closing ensures a consistent lock.

Pre-Order Checks

Verify that the 4 inch usable width and length accommodate the items you intend to pack without forcing the zip tracks. Confirm that low-density polyethylene meets any chemical-compatibility or regulatory requirements for your workflow, especially where California Proposition 65 disclosures apply. Ensure storage space is available for a 1000-count flat pack before ordering.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the zip seal closes properly after opening the pack?

Press the interlocking tracks together along the full 4 in seal length until they click; the bag should hold air when squeezed.

Does the 1000-pack include any dispenser or labels, or must I buy them separately?

The flat pack contains only the 1000 clear LDPE bags with hang holes; dispensers and labels are sold separately.

When should I choose the 4 x 4 in 2 mil Low version instead of a thicker or larger bag?

Choose this version when you need FDA-compliant, low-density polyethylene bags with a 4 in usable width and length for lightweight items.
