White uncoated fiberglass sheet, 100 ft long by 1 1/2 in wide and .063 in thick, rated to 1,000 °F for high-temperature insulation and fabrication
This Zoro Select fiberglass sheet provides 100 ft of uncoated material for fabrication and insulation projects. The plain white sheet measures 1 1/2 in wide with a 0.063 in thickness. It suits makers and technicians needing a standard-grade reinforcement or thermal barrier.
The fiberglass construction withstands a maximum temperature of 1,000 Degrees F without adhesive degradation. No adhesive layer is present, so there is no maximum adhesive temperature limit to observe. The material has a density of 43 lb/cu ft and requires no power to operate.
This roll replaces coated sheets when a plain backing is required for custom resin systems. It also upgrades from shorter lengths when continuous 100 ft coverage reduces seams. Buyers needing adhesive-backed tape or widths other than 1 1/2 in should select a different product.

Unroll the sheet on a clean, flat surface and cut to length with heavy-duty scissors; the step most people miss is wearing gloves and a mask to avoid skin irritation from the loose fibers.
Inspect the white surface regularly for fraying or dust buildup; replace the sheet once fibers shed or the material becomes brittle from heat cycling up to 1,000 Degrees F.
The 43 lb/cu ft density structure begins to degrade and release fibers before the 1,000 Degrees F maximum temperature rating is reached.
