24-port Gigabit Smart Nebula Switch

The ZyXEL GS191524EP is a 24-port Gigabit Smart Nebula Cloud Managed PoE network switch designed for prosumers, small businesses and chain stores. It provides 24 RJ45 ports operating at 10/100/1000Base-T with a total switching capacity of 24 gigabits per second. The unit supports both cloud-based Nebula management and local Web GUI configuration for flexible deployment.

Sustained load with 130 W PoE budget

Under continuous operation the switch delivers up to 130 W across 12 PoE+ ports while total power consumption reaches 166.1 W. It complies with IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at standards and operates at ambient temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius. Store-and-forward switching with IEEE 802.3x flow control maintains consistent throughput during prolonged traffic.

Wall or rack mounting with Nebula setup

The fanless chassis measures 9.1 by 13 by 1.7 inches and accepts 120 V or 230 V AC at 50 Hz or 60 Hz for worldwide use. Nebula cloud onboarding simplifies initial configuration, while the Web GUI offers an alternative for local control. Installers should verify that the 130 W PoE budget covers all connected devices, as the 12 non-PoE ports cannot supply power.

Questions about this item

How much power does the GS1915-24EP draw when all 24 ports are active?

The switch consumes up to 166.1 W total; the PoE budget is 130 W shared across the 12 PoE+ ports.

What cabling and management access do I need before this switch will operate?

Cat 5e or better twisted-pair cables for the 24 RJ-45 ports and a Nebula cloud account or local web browser for configuration.

Will my older 10/100 Mbps devices work on the GS1915-24EP?

Yes, every port auto-negotiates 10/100/1000Base-T so legacy gear connects at its rated speed.
