What the tabs are and who uses them

The ZYYC 61180 set provides 16 sheets of self-adhesive A-Z PVC index tabs, delivering 416 individual pieces. Multi-coloured tabs help students, teachers and office workers locate pages quickly in books, dictionaries, archives and password books.

Material durability and adhesive behaviour

Each tab is made from polyvinyl chloride that resists fading, water and daily handling. The transparent adhesive area does not obscure text, and tabs can be repositioned shortly after application; however, adhesion increases over time and later removal becomes difficult.

How the bundle supports organisation

The 16-sheet pack supplies enough tabs for multiple projects such as document classification, coding books, reading notes and address books. Bright colours allow instant visual sorting, while the transparent adhesive keeps underlying content readable.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 170mm x 65mm self-adhesive PVC tabs without obscuring text?

Peel each tab and press the transparent adhesive area onto the page; the clear glue layer keeps words readable. Reposition carefully within the first few minutes because adhesion increases over time and later removal becomes difficult.

Will the 416 alphabet tabs need replacement due to fading or adhesive failure?

The PVC material resists fading and is waterproof, so the printed letters stay legible. Adhesive strength grows with time, meaning tabs bond more securely rather than falling off; replacement is only needed if you want a fresh layout.

At what point does the permanent bond of the 16-sheet index set become the limiting factor?

After extended contact the adhesive sets firmly, making removal risky for the page. That irreversible bond is the first practical limit — plan tab placement accurately before pressing down.
