Remanufactured OEM Radio with Bluetooth

This professionally remanufactured OEM unit replaces the factory CD cassette radio in 2000-2005 Chevrolet Impala, Monte Carlo, Malibu and Cavalier models. It retains the original AM FM radio and CD player functions while adding Bluetooth music streaming capability. The unit arrives unlocked and ready for installation using the original mounting points.

Suits owners keeping the factory look

Drivers who want modern Bluetooth audio without changing the dashboard appearance will appreciate the OEM fit and original controls. Vehicles equipped with Bose or other premium amplified sound packages may experience sound issues after installation. Buyers needing hands-free phone calls or an auxiliary input should look elsewhere as neither feature is supported.

Bluetooth button enables wireless audio

Pairing a smartphone activates streaming through the radio's existing speaker system and sound controls using pass code 0000. The upgrade does not add a microphone so phone calls cannot be routed through the head unit. No auxiliary port is included so wired external sources cannot be connected. Technical support is available from the remanufacturer.

Questions about this item

Does this 09394159 radio need a separate amplifier or Bose system to work in my 2000-2005 Impala?

It installs directly into the factory dash harness of compatible models. Sound issues may occur if the vehicle has a Bose or other premium sound package because the radio outputs at line level.

Will my existing steering wheel audio controls function with this Bluetooth-enabled cassette unit?

The description does not confirm steering wheel control retention. The unit is unlocked on installation and uses the original radio mounting points and connectors.

How do I verify the Bluetooth music streaming is active on the 09394159 after pairing?

Pair your device, press the Bluetooth button on the faceplate, and audio plays through all speakers. Sound controls on the radio adjust volume, bass, and treble for the stream.
