OEM Radio for 2002-03 Trailblazer Envoy

This professionally remanufactured OEM radio replaces the factory unit in 2002 and 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer and GMC Envoy models. It retains original AM FM CD cassette functions while adding Bluetooth music streaming capability. Part number 15058225 matches option code UP0 and compatible numbers 15169582 and 15195517. Dealer unlock and pairing to the vehicle are required after installation.

Vehicles and installers this fits

Suits owners of 2002-03 Trailblazer or Envoy trucks needing a direct-fit replacement with Bluetooth audio streaming. It will not fit other model years or similar-looking car radios that are electronically different. Buyers who cannot visit a dealer for the mandatory unlock and pairing process should consider other options. Vehicles using a different radio style or part number are not compatible.

Mandatory dealer unlock requirement

This unit will not operate until a dealership unlocks it and pairs it to the specific vehicle VIN. The radio arrives ready to install but remains inactive without this dealer procedure. Confirm part number 15058225 and option code UP0 match your vehicle before purchase.
